Mobile Lifting Systems

As a result of the intensive cooperation with our customers and internal transport suppliers, we have developed a number of mobile lifting solutions over the years that have proven to be the guiding principle in the world of distribution centers.

Our collaboration with Crown, for example, has led to a mobile lifting solution where a Crown order picker is equipped with a Habeload MLS system. The whole meets both our own standards and the strict standards of both Crown and the TÜV. The safety conditions are monitored by a PLC which is fully integrated in the control of the Crown order picker. The integration with the Habeload lifting system makes it possible to pick picking orders without physical load while maintaining the direction of travel, and to make use of the large capacity of the order picker with a considerable efficiency improvement as a result.
